1. Program Description
By texting a participating Restaurant's dedicated ordering number, you agree to receive automated text messages for:
- Transactional Updates (default): order confirmations, preparation status, pickup/delivery notifications, and receipts.
- Customer Support: help with menu questions or order issues.
2. Promotional Messages (Optional)
Promotional messages (discounts/offers) are sent only if you separately opt in (for example, by checking an unchecked box during checkout or by replying YES to a specific opt-in prompt).
Consent to receive promotional messages is not required to place an order.
3. Consent Disclosures (TCPA/Carrier)
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies. If you opt in to promotions, promotional messages are capped at four (4) per month per Restaurant.
- Opt out: Reply
STOP to cancel.
- Help: Reply
HELP for assistance.
- Not a condition: Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt-Out and Re-Subscribe
If you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop sending messages for that Restaurant's program unless you later re-subscribe (e.g., by texting START or completing a new opt-in).
5. Support

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
